He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his daughter Emily; his parents, Cortez Lewis and Alma Lee Lewis; his brothers-in-law, Blaine Carmichael (Denise) and Cannon Carmichael (Kim); and his nephews, Dakota, Tray and Shay Carmichael. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
