She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Joe Blevins; her son Robert Jeffrey Blevins; her sisters, Louise Herrington and Lounette King; and her parents, Herbert Livingston and Janett Woliver Livingston.
She is survived by: her son William Joseph Blevins (Colleen) of Mount Vernon, WA; and her grandchildren, Karen Marie Gustavson (Eric), Chris Archer (Lori), Maegan Archer, Christina LaPerle, Kimberly Blevins and William Blevins. She is also survived by six great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and other beloved relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in her memory.
