He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Luther Scercy; his son Alan Scercy (Verona) of Salisbury; his sisters, Carolyn Hopkins (Oscar) of Kannapolis, Joyce Hege (Larry) of Richfield and Vickie Dennis (Don) of Johnsonville, SC; his granddaughter Leigh Anne Stiller; and his great grandchildren, Logan and Hayden Stiller.
