He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Whitlow and Faye Whitlow; his son David Whitlow; and his stepson David Parson. He is survived by: his wife Maria Parson; his daughter Donna Via (Steven); his daughter-in-law Mary Castillo (Dean); his siblings, Kay Parker, Danny Whitlow and Gary Whitlow (Gwen); and his grandchildren, Haley Parson, Fischer Parson, Wilson Parson, Parson Via and Desmond Castillo.
