He is survived by: his close friend Teresa Hill of Kannapolis, NC; his children, Billy Ray Rice Jr. of Kannapolis, NC, Marcus Rice of Kannapolis, NC, Chasity Rice of Statesville, NC, Tracy Ratliff (Claude) of Kannapolis, NC, Tamara Hill of Kannapolis, NC, Darrell Fitzgerald of Kannapolis, NC, Denzel Fitzgerald of Kannapolis, NC, Michael Stillwell of Kannapolis, NC and Heather Hunter (David) of Kannapolis, NC; and his siblings, Eva Banks (Joe) of Kannapolis, NC, Patricia "Diane" Moriniere of Concord, NC, Patty Patterson of Kannapolis, NC, Vanessa Rice of Kannapolis, NC, Catherine Barber (Alonzo) of Charlotte, NC, Jerry Rice of Kannapolis, NC, Charles Rice of Kannapolis, NC, Fredrick Rice of Kannapolis, NC, Vickie Boone and Dorene Black. He is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
