He is survived by: his wife Brenda Cantrell Upright; his daughter Tammy Bailey (Daniel); his siblings, Curtis Upright, Ernest Upright, Myrtle U Keller and Leona Sowers; and his grandsons, Patrick Helms (Rebekah), Justin Upright and Jeremy Parker (Alison). He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
