He was predeceased by: his son Robert Jeffrey Blevins; his siblings, Lewis, Jack Blevins and Betty Jean Riddle; and his parents, Robert Fletcher and Lucy Evelyn Blevins.
He is survived by: his wife Bobbye Livingston Blevins; his son William Joseph Blevins (Colleen) of Mount Vernon, WA; and his grandchildren, Karen Marie Gustavson (Eric), Chris Archer (Lori), Maegan Archer, Christina LaPerle (Andre), Kimberly Blevins and William Blevins. He is also survived by six great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and other beloved relatives and friends.
