We are sad to announce that on April 17, 2020, at the age of 89, Billie Brooks (Kannapolis, North Carolina), born in West Palm Beach, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Paul Hearn and Nina Pauline McMillan Hearn; her husband James Shelton Brooks; and her sisters, Shirley Gardner, Adele Lueders and Jacqueline Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Ann Brooks Craven (Robert) of Ehrhardt, SC, Becky Sue Brooks Cobert (Tim) of Concord and James "Keith" Brooks (Deb) of Edisto Island, SC; her grandchildren, Lisa Marie Craven Angle, James Aaron Craven, Steven Gregory Cobert and Alexander Hearn Cobert; and her great grandchildren, Hunter, Victoria, Michaela Angle and Christopher Craven.
