With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Christie of Kannapolis, North Carolina, born in Charlotte, North Carolina, who passed away on August 24, 2021 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Blackmon and Lillian Stinson Blackmon; her husband William "Bill" Carlyle Christie; and her siblings, Juanita Davis, Spurgeon, H. B. and Glenn Blackmon.
She is survived by: her children, William Carlyle Christie, Jr. (Andrea) and Pam Holt (Jim); and her grandchildren, Christopher and Sarah Holt.
