She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Horne and Bessie Caudle Horne; and her husband Heath Walter Mills. She is survived by: her children, Brenda M. Carter, Edwin Eugene Mills (Donna) and Larry Wayne Mills (Claudia); her grandchildren, Billy Carter, Jennifer Carter, Caleb Mullis (Lauren) and Matthew Mills (Tonya); and her great grandchild Lucille Adelaide Mullis.
