It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernice Cannon (Kannapolis, North Carolina), who passed away on December 20, 2018, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Dewey Wiley Woodell; her husband A. M. "Cotton" Cannon; and her siblings, Glenna Harrison and D. W. Woodell, Jr.. She is survived by: her parent Christine Davis Woodell; and her children, Betty Kennerly (Michael), Donnie Cannon, Judy Fite, Rebecca Saunders, Kathy Huffstickler (Michael) and Steve Cannon (Pat). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews and extended family.
