It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barron Ritch of Kannapolis, North Carolina, who passed away on September 9, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Barron Ritch to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ritch and Mattie Hagler Ritch; and his siblings, Charlie, James, Tommy, Mary and Ruby.

He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Long Ritch of Kannapolis, NC; his children, Wanda Harryman (Dean) of Colorado, Debbie Fisher (Marlin) of Texas, Barron "Beanie" Ritch (Telka) of Concord, NC and Frank Simpson (Jill) of Kannapolis, NC; his grandchildren, Michele Simpson Kluttz (Adam), Marie Simpson Brown (Jimmy), Jason Cress (Dezirae), Amanda Harryman (Ethan Hitchcock), Adrian Downey (Alison), Astrid Harrelson (Shane) and Meagan Ritch; his great grandchildren, Tristan, Isabella, Alexandria, Victoria, Dylan, Hunter, Aubrey, Ainsley, Kourtney, Macie and Jake; and his sister Sadie Hatley (Jake).
