He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Nelson Belanger Jr. and Elizabeth Frazier Belanger; his wife Elaine Belanger; and his daughters, Michelle Lynn Clark of Orlando, FL and Laura Beth Harnois of Kannapolis.
