She was predeceased by: her parents, Jonathan Worth Hare and Mae Christine Murph Hare; her husband Thomas Brice Beam; her children, Suzanne Beam Griffin, Linda Beam McLane and Ronnie Earl Beam; and her grandson Edwin Griffin.
She is survived by: her son Thomas M. Beam; her sons-in-law, Don McLane of Greenwood, SC and Edwin Griffin of Kure Beach, NC; and her grandchildren, Chris McLane of Greenwood, SC, Angela Cogburn of Ninety Six, SC, Ashley Martin of Dallas, TX and Caroline Licwinko of Annandale, NJ. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Centerview Baptist Church, 415 Walter Street, Kannapolis, NC 28083 or the charity of the donor's choice.
