He is survived by: his wife Lettie Phillips; his children, Deb Goodale (Tim) and Randy Phillips (Rachelle); his grandchildren, Kevin Goodale (Sara), Memi Goings (Nick), Randon Philips and Raleigh Phillips; his great grandchildren, Nixon-Kai Goins and Laiken Goodale; and his siblings, Ralph Phillips and Susie Housand.
