He was predeceased by: his significant other Margaret Pike Bowman; his parents, Willis Elmer and Eunice Bowman; and his brother James Boyd Bowman. He is survived by: his children, Dennis Bowman (Clara), Deborah Castillo (David) and Darrell Bowman (Cheryl); and his grandchildren, Michael, Jeffery Bowman, Jamie Saunders, Christy Oxendine and Ryan Hoover. He is also survived by five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
