She is survived by: her mother Brenda Williams Vernon (Rod) of Titusville, FL; her children, Christa Vernon (Justin) of Asheboro, Kimberly Lorenzo (Orlando) of Julian, Christopher Tysinger (Shelby) of Moundsville, WV and Shawn Tysinger (Maria) of Reidsville; her sister Christie Watson (James) of Wilmington; her grandchildren, Juan, Marten, Ethan, Katlyn, Jerzi, Elijah, Amelia and Willow; her stepmother Kathy Vernon of Julian; and her stepbrothers, Lundy Byrd of Snow Camp and Ian Byrd (Brooke) of Liberty.
