He is survived by: his wife Brandy Etchison; his daughters, Alyssa Etchison of Liberty and Ainsley Honeycutt (Dewey) of Winston-Salem; his parents, Rufus Etchison, and Diane Etchison, Jr. of Staley; his sisters, Megan Carmella Etchison of Iowa and Pamela Christina Etchison of Snow Camp; and his brother-in-law Michael Alan Horne of Climax.
