He is survived by: his wife Deborah Bartz; his sons, Eric Petersen (Kelly Merriwether) and Kurt Petersen (Amy Wenglar); his stepsons, Jarrod Bartz, Joel Bartz (Erika) and Joshua Bartz (Rachelle); his brother Gene Petersen (Diane); and his grandchildren, Kendall, Jasmine Petersen, Jeremiah, Annabelle, Elizabeth and Jonah Bartz.
