He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathanial Thomas Harris, Sr. and Cleo Gilliam Harris. He is survived by: his wife Tina Alston Harris; his daughter Lauren Lyons; his brother Nat Harris (Sheila W. Harris) of Burlington; and his nieces, Kim Harris McInnis of Wilmington and Lawson Harris Worth of Charlotte.
