He is survived by: his wife Sheila Davis; his mother Donna Brantley; his stepfather Mike Brantley; his father Bruce Horner; his stepmother Pam Horner; his sister Brandi Clendenin; and his stepbrothers, Jessie Brantley (Jonathan Brantley) and Farron Welborn. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family members and friends.
