He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Clyde and Nora Pearl Coble Humble. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Harriet Hill Humble.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in Cecil's honor to Coble's Lutheran Church, 5200 Cobles Church Road, Julian, NC 27283.
