He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude O'Neal Hall and Vertie Kelly Hall; and his brother Claude O'Neal Hall Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Thomas Hall; his daughters, Cindy Hall Owens (Curtis) of Dallas and Kelly Hall Lockamy (Tommy) of Locust; his sister Pauline Williams of Robbins; and his grandchildren, Catherine, Megan, Sullivan Owens, Bryce and Ella Lockamy.
