He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Ervin "Bill" Absher and Imogene Porter Absher; and his daughter Leigh Ann Absher. He is survived by: his wife Vikki Baldwin Absher; his daughters, Allie Absher Greene (Scottie) of Roaring River and Angel Absher Bell (Marty) of North Wilkesboro; his grandchildren, Jamesyn, Jackson, Annalee Bell and Ella Greene; and his brothers, Randy Absher of Kernersville, Reggie Absher (Betty) of North Wilkesboro and Danny Absher of North Wilkesboro.
