He is survived by: his caregiver Judie Blackburn of Jonesville; his son Patrick William Blackburn of Jonesville; his grandchildren, Caleb Amos Blackburn and Kathryn Mary Blackburn of Alva, Fla.; his sister Cathy Shore (Jimmy) of Jonesville; his niece Robyn Winters (Wesley) of Boonville; his nephew Erik Shore (Renea) of Hamptonville; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Justin Crouse (Kelsey), Gracee Shore, Chloe Shore, Eli Winters and Evan Shore; his brother-in-law Harold Cook (Brenda); his nephew Jason Cook; and also, Korbyn Brown, Opal Wright and Harold Cook.
