He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Lewis and Verlie Mae Tucker Sizemore; and his brothers, Jimmy Sizemore and Rex Sizemore. He is survived by: his wife Betty Blevins Sizemore; his children, Terry Hawkins of Traphill, Randy Hawkins (Ruth) of Boomer, Sandy Patrick (Ralph) of Roaring River and Stacie Whitley (James) of Elkin; his siblings, Jackie Sizemore (Kathy) of Roaring River, Alice Hayes (David) of Elkin and Betty Bass of Elkin; his grandchildren, Alex Whitley and Anna Whitley; and his great grandchildren, Paisley Bryan, Emma Patrick and Lane Patrick. He is also survived by several other grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
