She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edgar and Octavia Harris Gilley; her husband Grady Simmons, Sr.; and her siblings, Calvin, Johnny, Wade Gilley, Nellie Hunter, Peggy Ward and Helen Collins.
She is survived by: her son Grady Simmons, Jr. (Jolene); her grandchildren, Grady Simmons, III (Sheila) and Jolie Johnsen (Krag); her great grandchildren, Brittany Luebchow (Andy), Maxwell and Eden Johnsen; her great great grandchildren, Hunter Ruth and Lucy Mae Luebchow; and her sister Mildred George (John).
