She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Wolfe and Pansy Key Wolfe; her husband Harold C. Simmons; her daughter Pamela Simmons; and her sister Lois Jordan.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Banner (Al) of Statesville, Debbie Collins (Ronnie) of Elkin and Kim Somers (David) of Hamptonville; her sister Raydell Carter (Alex) of State Road; and her grandchildren, Jeff, Grey, Chris, Nicole, Heather, Stephanie and Garrett.
The family requests memorials be made to Arlington First Baptist Church, 345 S. Main St., Jonesville, NC 28642.
