He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto McCann and Mamie Laster McCann. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Spicer McCann; and his children, John Spicer (Roberta), Billy Spicer (Donna), Charles Spicer (Becky), Scott McCann, Greg McCann and Beth Holloway. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
