It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Poindexter of Jonesville, North Carolina, who passed away on September 29, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Poindexter and Louise Poindexter; his wife Lavonne Case Poindexter; and his siblings, Jerry Poindexter, Janice Wright and Elaine Hicks.
He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Lynn Poindexter, Peggy Steele, Dolores Case McClain, Jenny Case and Kent Steele; and his children, Cindy Greer (Artie), Shane Poindexter (Carolyn) and Travis Poindexter (Jennifer). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
