He is survived by: his wife Genell Oliver Cook; his daughters, Lori Vanhoy (Donnie) and Amy Vestal (Michael); his grandchildren, Heather Henderson, Tanner Vestal (Rae), Jacob Henderson and Rachel Vestal; his great grandchildren, Kaedon Henderson, Athiena Henderson and Ava Henderson; his brothers, Bobby Cook and Clay Cook; his sisters-in-law, Carolyn Oliver, JoAnn Hutchens (Danny), Yvonne Oliver and Betty Cook; his aunt Ruth Hayes; his significant other Buffy; and his close friends, Tommie Nicholas and Jack Reeves. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
