He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Blevins and Goldie Blevins; his son Christopher Kyle Blevins; his son-in-law Keith Cudd; his siblings, Chlorella Bowman (Wayne), Mavis Hodge (Eugene), James Blevins and JT Blevins; and his brother-in-law Leo Puckett.
He is survived by: his wife Lorean Billings Blevins; his daughter Jennifer Cudd; his grandchildren, Cameron Cudd (Andrea) and Nicole Tait (Nick); his great grandchildren, Paisley, Kinsley, Brylee, Nova, Nathan and Nixon; and his siblings, Mary Puckett and Sam Blevins (Patsy).
