He is survived by: his wife Pat Tucker Maines; his children, Jonathan Maines (Angie), Jeriann Maines Holt (Scott), Kelly Parks and Kim Macemore (Larry Chappell); his daughter-in-law Julie Maines; and his brother Roger Maines (Marion). He is also survived by three step-children; eight grandchildren, eight step-grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren; sixteen step-great-grandchildren, and several special nieces and nephews.
