He is survived by: his children, Dean Todd Lineberry (Courtney), James Dean Lineberry (Natalie), Deanna Cunningham (Alan) and Kathryn Johnson (Mike); his sisters, Wanda Pruitt and Rosemary Smoot (Teddy); and his grandchild Jackie Cunningham. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
