She is survived by: her husband Aubrey Casstevens; her children, Dean Casstevens (Mary Ann) and Dianna Tulllock (Dave); her siblings, Eddie Cook (Kay), David Cook, Tommy Cook (Beth), Rodney Cook (Rene) and Elizabeth Jenkins (Gary); her grandchildren, Augusta Hill, Hunter Casstevens, Karsyn Tullock and Regan Tullock; and her great grandchildren, Jett Smith and Jacee Smith. She is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
