He is survived by: his children, Kenneth King (Jennifer), Lawrence King and Lou-Jean King-Stout; his daughter-in-law Julie Jackson King; his grandchildren, Jennifer Houpos (Andrew), Scott Stout, William Stout, Cheyenne King and Joshua King; his siblings, Catherine Jones (Jerry Tozlosky) of Winston-Salem, Thomas King of Jonesville and Charles King of Hamptonville; and his sister-in-law Annie Mae King of Yadkinville.
