He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Clay and Gertie Mae Cook Weatherman; his brother John Dee; and his sister-in-law Margie Weatherman. He is survived by: his wife Linda Macemore Weatherman; his children, Beverly Weatherman Harrell and Bryan Weatherman (Kim); his grandchildren, Heather Martin (Larry), Kayla Mitchell (Landon), Megan Crosswhite (Matt) and Lakyn Stewart; his great grandchildren, Ansley, Grayson, Ellison and Anniston Crosswhite; his nephew Michael Weatherman (Pat); and his brother-in-law Roger (Patricia Macemore). He is also survived by cousins and dear friends.
