He was predeceased by: his parents, Farris Collins and Helen Sizemore Collins; his former wife Janice Collins; and his daughter Jan Collins. He is survived by: his wife Carol Blackburn Collins; his children, Jeff Collins (Sunni Lynn), Cathy Covey and Kim Green (Tony); and his grandchildren, Davis, Kara Collins, Taylor Green (Sam), Alexis Vercauteren (Chris), Jordan, Skylar Green, Cody and Billy Covey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
