We bid farewell to Charles Alfred Wagoner (Jonesville, North Carolina), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 28, 2024 at the age of 89. Charles Alfred touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Mitchell Wagoner and Vetral Bryant Wagoner; his wife Betty Waddell Wagoner; his brothers, Roy, Richard (Dickie) and Billy Wagoner; and his sister-in-law Della Wagoner.
He is survived by: his daughter Gwen Wolfe (Tim) of Winston-Salem; his grandsons, Matt Wolfe (Ashleigh) of Waxhaw and Phil Wolfe (Ruth) of Charlotte; and his great grandchildren, Gabriel Chavis, Kathleen Stone, Flynn Wolfe and Norah Wolfe. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Arlington First Baptist Church (345 S Main St, Jonesville, NC 28642). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Arlington First Baptist Church Building Fund, 345 South Main Street, Jonesville, NC 28642.
