He is survived by: his children, Jeff Swaim (Patty), Chad Swaim (Jeremiann), Kenny Swaim (Heather) and Melanie Swaim; his grandchildren, Duplisea, Caleb Swaim, Megan Swaim, Robbie Swaim (Lindsey), Madison Spillman (Matthew), Lincoln Davis, MaKinna Swaim, Kelsey Swaim and Payten Swaim; and his siblings, Rosaline Nettles, Carol Axsom (Red), Linda Sizemore and Larry Swaim (Judy).
