He was predeceased by: his parent Ivory Harwood; and his brothers, Jay, Richard and Kenneth Harwood. He is survived by: his parent Lovie Flo Beam Harwood; his daughters, Aimee Harwood of Marion, Megan Harwood (Gregg Roland) of Black Mountain and Amanda Harwood (Brandon Roberts) of Marion; his grandchildren, Devon Harwood, Natalie Letterman, Reider Roland and Brayden Roberts; and his siblings, Judy Biggerstaff of Marion, Rhonda Harwood of Marion, Donna McKinney (Randy) of Marion and Robert Harwood (Dorothy) of Marion.
