She was predeceased by: her parents, Obie Clark and Nina Rose Clark; her husband Ronald Woodie; her siblings, Connie Bates, Carfene Shew, Cody Clark, Clyde Clark and Claude Clark; and her daughter-in-law Virginia Woodie.
She is survived by: her sons, Larry (Franda) and Norman Woodie (Susan) of Jonas Ridge, NC; her sister Cassell Beam of Morganton, NC; her grandchildren, Amanda Clark (David) of Hudson, NC, Amy Greer (Justin) of Vilas, NC, Ashley Greene (Gregory) of West Jefferson, NC, Travis (Summers) and Logan Woodie (Tori) of Asheville, NC; and her great grandchildren, Seth Clark, Brennan Buchanan, Taegan Woodie, Hannah Greer and Taylor Woodie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
