He is survived by: his sons, Tim Garland (Shannon) of Jonas Ridge and Robert Garland (Jessica) of Pineola; his granddaughters, Kesha (Derrick), Paige, Brooke (Cam) and Lacie Garland; his stepgrandchildren, Gracie, Nathan and Malachi; his great grandchildren, Adeline, Blakley, Nova and Aspen; his siblings-in-law, Daphne Taylor, Ruannia Powell and Roy Barrier (Sharon); and his niece Summer Woody.
