She was predeceased by: her parents, Harrison Bowlin and Pearl Osborne Bowlin; and her brother George Bowlin. She is survived by: her husband Bill Combs; her son Steve Woodie (Tammie) of Laurel Springs; her sister Virginia Wyatt of Wilkesboro; her grandchildren, Kevin Woodie (Kayla) of Laurel Springs and Chasity Dishman (Jesse) of Jefferson; her great grandchildren, Isaiah Woodie, Jesslynn Dishman, Mallory Phipps and Rylee Phipps; and also Rita Richardson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family requests anyone attending the funeral services to please wear a mask and keep social distancing.
