It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilbur McKee Jr. of Jefferson, North Carolina, who passed away on November 20, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Bennett McKee, Sr. and Ola McKee; his wife Barbara McKee; and his brother Chuck McKee. He is survived by: his friend Steve Schlosser; his son Ben III (Priscilla); his grandchildren, Prescott Metcalf (Megan) and Alexandra Metcalf (David Hoffman); his great grandchildren, Brooks and Odin; and his sister Martha McKee Koletar (Joseph W. Koletar) of Bolivia, NC..
