He was predeceased by: his parents, Toy Noah and Blanche Plumley Campbell; his wife Hallie Marie Thompson Campbell; and his sisters, Lucille, Laulie Morgan and Minnie Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Toy Campbell (Penny) of Bend, Oregon, Sheri Lynn Campbell (Bill Baer) and Donna Campbell Michaels (Al) of Cocoa, FL; his siblings, Larue Campbell of Wisconsin, Kenneth Campbell of Newton, NC, Quentin Campbell of Lexington, NC and Bobbi Setzer of Conover, NC; and his grandchildren, Kaitlin Marie Campbell and Nicolas Toy Campbell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to any Hospice Service.
