She was predeceased by: her parents, Emile Dumont and Armosa Blais Dumont; her husband Maurice Roland Martel; her son Marc E. Martel; and her siblings, Constance, Lorraine, Muriel, Henrietta and Julian.
She is survived by: her daughters, Terry Denner (Robert) of Morganton, NC and Monique Martel Kirby (Kerry) of Glendale Springs, NC; and her grandsons, Matthew W. Grandin (Crystal) and Kyle Adam Grandin (Accrina).
