She was predeceased by: her daughter Sarah Sanders; her parents, Arthur Hudler and Carrie Hamby Hudler; and her siblings, Howard, Herman, Harold, James Hudler and Dorothy Phillips (Dot).
She is survived by: her son Buddy Mash (Naomi James) of Jefferson; her son-in-law Wade Sanders of West Jefferson; and her sister-in-law Frances Hudler of Statesville. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Jefferson United Methodist Church (115 E Main St, Jefferson, NC 28640). A burial was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at the Obids Baptist Church Cemetery (194 Obids Baptist Church Rd, West Jefferson, NC 28694).
