It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Ann Blackburn (Jefferson, North Carolina), who passed away on April 4, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Leslie Darrell Blackburn; and her brothers, Walt Testerman, Ford Testerman, Bill Testerman, Wayne Testerman, Carrol Testerman, Sam Testerman and Pete Testerman.

She is survived by: her sister Lorraine Testerman of West Jefferson; and her nephew Mike McClure (Debbie) of Jefferson.
