She was predeceased by: her parents, Moses Nicholas Goodwyn and Virgie Poplin Goodwyn; and her brother William M. Goodwyn. She is survived by: her husband Vernon Hartman; and her nieces, Sarah Goodwyn Hartman (Jerry) of Raleigh and Beth Goodwyn Chestnut (Dave) of Asheville. She is also survived by nephews and a great niece.
